About Lance Fisher
Lance Fisher is a native Oregonian and has fished since he was able to hold a rod. Lance began his life as a guide in 2001 and over the years has personally hosted thousands of clients, both private and corporate. Lance currently guides fishing trips on the Columbia River, Tillamook Bay, Cowlitz River, Lewis River,Willamette River and Clackamas River, for Salmon, Steelhead and Sturgeon.
Over the years Lance Fisher has written over 80 articles in regional and national publications on tips and tactics for cold water fisheries. This knowlege and love for the sport has also translated into numerous seminars for fishermen over the years.
Lance Fisher is currently in his 7th year of carrying the message of the outdoors on radio. NW Outdoor Adventures airs Saturday mornings from 5-6am on Freedom 970 in Portland, Oregon. It also airs from 6-7am on 750 The Game and 101 FM KXL. Finally, the show finishes out its weekend programing with a replay on 101 FM KXL, Saturday, from 5-6pm. The show consists of regional fishing authorities and national personalities. From Governors, to Rock Stars, Pro Baseball and Football Players to the very best fishermen in the NW providing listeners with how to's and up to date reports.
Lance is currently a pro-staffer for Willie Boats, Mustad Hooks, Portland Marine Electronics and Pro Cure Baits and Scents, Lamiglas Fishing Rods and Blanks, Mustang Survival and Mercury Marine.
